  2. Allotment letter, sales deed, or stamped agreement of sale for the property.
  3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the housing society or builder.
  4. A detailed estimate of the construction cost for self-construction projects.
  5. Possession certificate and tax receipt for the plot from the land revenue department.
