For multiple cardholders, only the primary cardholder can redeem the points, but each supplementary cardholder can accumulate points from their spending.
You need a minimum of 300 reward points in your account to start redeeming them.
Reward points are valid for only 3 years from the date they are allocated.
If there's no transaction on the card that earns reward points for 365 days, previously earned points will expire.
When redeeming points at merchant stores or outlets, the minimum bill value should be at least Rs. 100.
Depending on the card variant and the number of points redeemed, a nominal redemption fee may be charged as follows:
- For redeeming 300 to 10,000 EDGE Reward Points, the fee is Rs. 49 plus GST.
- For redeeming more than 10,000 EDGE Reward Points, the fee is Rs. 99 plus GST.
