RBL credit card users must create a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to authenticate certain Point-of-Sale (POS) or ATM transactions. Generating your credit card PIN is a simple process. Below are the different methods you can use to generate your RBL credit card PIN.
Through RBL NetBanking
- Log in to your RBL NetBanking account.
- Go to the ‘Credit Cards’ section and select the option to generate your PIN.
- Follow the prompts to create a new 4-digit PIN.
Using the RBL Mobile App
- Open the RBL MyCard Mobile App and log in.
- Navigate to the ‘Manage PIN’ section under your credit card options.
- Set your 4-digit PIN and confirm.
Via ATM
- Visit an RBL Bank ATM.
- Insert your credit card and select the option to generate or change your PIN.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set a 4-digit PIN.
Once generated, your PIN will be used for all secure transactions requiring authentication, such as ATM withdrawals and POS payments.
How to Activate Your RBL Bank Credit Card
Once you receive your new RBL Bank credit card, activation is easy. Here’s how you can activate your card:
1. Receive Your Card
- RBL Bank sends your new credit card to your registered mailing address via post or courier.
- The PIN for your card is sent separately.
2. Generate Your PIN (If Not Received)
- If you haven’t received your PIN along with the card, you can generate it yourself using any of the methods mentioned earlier, such as through NetBanking, the mobile app, or at an ATM.
3. Activate Your Credit Card
- Once you have your card and PIN, you can activate it by following the instructions provided in the cardholder’s guide.
- Alternatively, you may be able to activate it through your RBL NetBanking account or mobile app.
After activation, your card will be ready to use for purchases, cash withdrawals, and more.
