Net Banking

  1. Visit the official IndusInd Bank website: www.indusind.com.
  2. Log in with your user ID and password.
  3. Go to Funds Transfer and add your IndusInd VISA credit card as a beneficiary.
  4. Enter the beneficiary's name and your credit card number.
  5. Choose Transfer Funds and select To any VISA card.
  6. Pick the account you want to transfer funds from, enter the payment amount, and confirm the transaction date.
  7. Validate the payment using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

BillDesk

  1. Open the BillDesk platform for credit card payments.
  2. Enter your IndusInd credit card number and the payment amount.
  3. Select your bank account for the transaction (ensure the bank is supported by IndusInd).
  4. You’ll be redirected to the bank’s payment page. Log in using your Net Banking credentials.
  5. Confirm the payment details and authorize the transaction.
  6. The payment will be reflected in your credit card account within three business days.

Mobile Banking

Pay your IndusInd credit card bill seamlessly using the mobile banking app:

  • Step 1: Log in to the IndusInd mobile banking app and navigate to the Credit Cards section.
  • Step 2: Tap on Pay Now and choose the payment method: bank account or Swift Pay.
  • Step 3: Enter the amount or select a pre-filled option.
  • Step 4: Authorize the transaction using your MPIN.
  • Step 5: Payment is processed instantly, and a confirmation is sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

AutoPay

You can simplify your Credit Card Bill Payments with AutoPay:

  • Set up standing instructions to auto-debit either the total outstanding amount or minimum due from your IndusInd Bank account.
  • To activate, download and submit the auto-debit form to the bank.
  • Ensure your account is held singly or jointly with the signing mandate “either” or “any.”

ATM Payments

Use ATMs to pay your IndusInd credit card bills:

  • Step 1: Visit any IndusInd Bank ATM.
  • Step 2: Select Visa Credit Card Bill Payment.
  • Step 3: Choose the IndusInd Bank account for payment.

Online Payments for Non-IndusInd Account Holders

You don’t need an IndusInd Bank account to make payments. Use NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS from any bank account:

  • Step 1: Log in to your bank’s net banking portal.
  • Step 2: Add your credit card as a beneficiary using these details:
    • IFSC Code: INDB0000018
    • Account Number: Your 16-digit credit card number
    • Beneficiary Name: Credit cardholder’s name
    • Bank Name: IndusInd Bank
  • Step 3: After beneficiary approval (up to 1 hour), choose NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS as the payment method.
  • Step 4: Review details, enter the amount, and confirm the payment.

Visa Money Transfer

Transfer funds directly to your credit card using Visa Money Transfer:

  • Step 1: Log in to your net banking portal.
  • Step 2: Select Visa Payment under Third Party Fund Transfer.
  • Step 3: Provide sender and receiver details:
    • Account Number: Your 16-digit credit card number
    • Beneficiary Name: Credit cardholder’s name
    • IFSC Code: INDB0000018
  • Step 4: Confirm and complete the payment.

Swift Pay

Swift Pay enables quick and secure online payments via the BillDesk portal:

  • Enter your IndusInd credit card details, including email ID, mobile number, and payment amount.
  • Complete the transaction using your bank’s net banking portal.
  • You will receive an instant confirmation on your registered mobile number once the payment is processed.

UPI Payments

Pay your IndusInd credit card bill using Unified Payments Interface (UPI), a fast and convenient method requiring either a Virtual Payment Address (VPA) or account number and IFSC code.

Registration Steps:

  1. Download a UPI-compatible app (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm).
  2. Register with your mobile number linked to your bank account.
  3. Provide bank details such as IFSC code and account number.
  4. Set your UPI ID and PIN for secure payments.

Payment Steps:

  1. Log in to your UPI app with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the UPI Payments section and select Send Money.
  3. Enter your IndusInd Bank credit card account number and IFSC code (INDB0000018).
  4. Confirm the amount and click Pay to complete the transaction.
  5. A confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Cheque/Draft Drop Boxes

Pay your IndusInd credit card bill by cheque or draft using the drop box facility at IndusInd Bank ATMs. Here’s how:

  • Write the cheque/draft payable to your IndusInd Bank credit card number.
  • On the back of the cheque/draft, include your name and mobile number.
  • Attach the tear-away slip provided with your credit card statement.
  • Ensure the cheque is CTS-compliant and avoid depositing post-dated cheques.
  • Submit the cheque/draft at least 4 days before the due date to avoid delays.

Cash Payment

Pay your IndusInd credit card bill in cash at any IndusInd Bank branch:

  • Visit the nearest branch and fill out the deposit form.
  • Submit the form along with your cash payment at the counter.
  • Note: A fee of ₹100 will be charged for cash payments.
  • If the bill amount exceeds ₹50,000, the depositor must provide a PAN card for verification.
