ALL Accor and Uber have announced a new loyalty partnership that will allow users to earn Accor Reward points on Uber rides and Uber Eats orders across multiple international markets.

The partnership expands Accor’s loyalty ecosystem beyond hotel stays and brings mobility and food delivery into the rewards experience for travelers and frequent users.

However, while the new partnership improves earning opportunities, there is currently no option to redeem Accor points for Uber rides, which may disappoint some travelers.

What the New Accor-Uber Partnership Offers

Under the new partnership, users will be able to link their:

  • ALL Accor account
  • Uber account

Once linked, eligible Uber and Uber Eats transactions will generate ALL Accor Reward points automatically.

The rollout is expected to begin in the second half of 2026.

Countries Included in the Initial Rollout

Uber and Uber Eats Eligible Markets

The full Uber + Uber Eats rewards integration will initially launch in:

  • France
  • Germany
  • Poland

Uber Mobility-Only Markets

Ride-based benefits will also extend to:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar
  • Morocco

More markets could potentially be added later.

Additional Status Benefits

The partnership also introduces status-related benefits between both ecosystems.

Uber One Members

Annual Uber One subscribers will receive:

  • Status upgrade benefits within ALL Accor

ALL Accor Members

Eligible Accor loyalty members will receive:

  • Extended free trials for Uber One membership

This creates a two-way loyalty integration between hotel stays and mobility services.

Uber Integration Inside the ALL App

Another important update is that Uber services will now be integrated directly into the Accor digital ecosystem.

Users will eventually be able to:

  • Book Uber rides
  • Access mobility services
  • Use Uber features directly through the ALL app and website

This move follows the broader trend of travel brands integrating transportation, hospitality, and lifestyle services into a single ecosystem.

This Is Not Their First Partnership

ALL Accor and Uber had already partnered earlier in 2025.

In February 2025, Uber Reserve was integrated into the ALL app and website for users in:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand

This allowed users to pre-book Uber rides up to 90 days in advance, especially useful for:

  • Airport transfers
  • Concerts and events
  • Large venues like Accor Stadium

The earlier partnership focused mainly on convenience, while the new deal adds a loyalty and rewards layer.

The Biggest Missing Feature: No Point Redemptions

While the partnership improves point earning opportunities, there is one major limitation.

Currently, there is no announcement allowing users to redeem ALL Accor points for Uber rides or Uber Eats orders.

This means the partnership is currently:

  • Earn-focused
  • Not redemption-focused

For many travelers, especially international travelers, redeeming hotel points for airport transfers or city rides could have been one of the most valuable use cases.

Comparison with Accor’s Earlier Mobility Program

Interestingly, ALL Accor previously offered an “ALL Mobility” booking experience where users could:

  • Earn Accor points on taxi and chauffeur rides
  • Redeem Accor points toward those rides

The earlier system offered stronger redemption flexibility, even if it was smaller in scale.

The new Uber partnership is:

  • Larger
  • More global
  • Better integrated

but currently lacks redemption support.

Why This Partnership Matters

Despite the missing redemption feature, the partnership still strengthens Accor’s loyalty ecosystem significantly.

The collaboration can benefit:

  • Frequent travelers
  • Business travelers
  • Uber One subscribers
  • Users already collecting hotel points
  • International travelers using Uber regularly

It also shows how hotel loyalty programs are increasingly expanding beyond traditional hotel stays.

Bottom Line

ALL Accor and Uber have launched a new multi-market loyalty partnership allowing users to earn ALL Accor Reward points on Uber rides and Uber Eats orders.

The partnership includes:

  • Account linking
  • Reward point earning
  • Uber One and Accor status benefits
  • Uber integration inside the ALL app

However, the biggest drawback is that users currently cannot redeem Accor points for Uber rides, making the partnership primarily focused on earning rather than spending points.

If redemption support is added later, the partnership could become significantly more valuable for frequent travelers.
